Thread: fire blankets are not a big deal

i heard from a master commando that the fire blankets are not a big deal. it take a high lvl doc to ues it and suck alot of mind pool points.that what i heard.

Most of us figured they weren't a big deal when the dev's first announced them...Apparently they can only be crafted and used by Docs AND they cause Mind Drain when used...


Currently our DoT is so weak PvP that a stim B can heal the damage faster then the DoT can inflict it...So anyone using a Fire Blanket is actually doing us a favor...it's like us having a special Mind Attack...Personally, I'll thank any opponent I face who uses one...LOL

a good doc in pvp will be high on brandy and canape which would eliminate mind cost, a high level doc is pretty common too, well it is the 2nd most common profession in the game.

We were so nerfed before the release of the fire blanket that it is a mute point. if you are a commando in pvp you are the weakest link. So i doubt we will see them being used very often anyway.
