Base the 9 new professions on Star Wars they said..And based about every profession on people we meet in the movies, that in some way were related to the profession.
But Commando, they picked a Clonetrooper, one who was trained to be leading the troopers in combat..
Why could they not have picked Crix Madine? The man that shaped both the rebel and imperial special forces (commando) units? He was in the movies. Why not picked the commandos we saw in the movies? The Endor Commandos?
but no, they had to pick a clonetroopers, one that was not commando, but could have been a great Arnold..![]()
You know i dont know what to think about this commander cody guy,clonetrooper, whatever...
I certainly dont recall him using a flame thrower/rocketlauncher/or heavyweapon for that matter...
I certainly dont recall him wearing heavy armor
I seem to recall some brown noser who tossed obi his saber then tried to shoot him....
yeah this is an interesting choice to represent the commando community
brown nosing traitors hmmm
want more info on all of this pls
Commander Cody has got to be the lamest name for a character ever.
They, by rule of thumb, are not supposed to begin with the same letter as the word used to describe them.
This reeks of nubbage vs SW lore.
I dont want to be like him, i dont even know him, damnit! =)

ARC = Advanced Recon Commando
They may have well just called us ARC Troopers. And StarNick would've been a far better choice.
Sorry...Im copyrighted! Could've sued SOE for all they're worth if they used me
Hmm...didn't know that about Cody. I guess maybe we really are seeing commando as a big move to that ARC/Republic Commando persona that many wanted in the past...or a general grunt/frontline soldier/rambo that others too wanted...and a guy who was "the one who played with matches as a kid" and essentially would blow stuff up. I guess we're finally getting a combo of all that
