I wouldn't steal anything, I would modify what we have.
Reduce the HAM cost on the HAR. Give it AP2, don't want to upset the riflemen. Have it use the rifle specials from marksman, were master marksmen we should be able to headshot with a rifle.Give the cert for the HAR at Master Commando, that way everyone and their brother isn't a master rifleman, novice commando. The only reason people take the HAR tree isformaster anyway. Come on Devs, throw us long time Master Commando's a bone.

Why would that upset Riflemen? Having the T-21 Ap3 upsets US!
Have it use the rifle specials from marksman, were master marksmen we should be able to headshot with a rifle.
I disagree...I believe all the disciplines (Rifles, Carbines, Pistols) culminate into the HW Weapons...why I wanted basic mods/specials in Master Marksman as only 2 Hybrids need Master Marksman...and both use HW Weapons! I believe our Assault Rifle/Carbine and LP should use marksman stuff...while our HW Weapons are a more advanced weapon....

Having the HAR as a rifle-style weapon I dont think would be great honestly...despite its name...it and the Flamer are like Rifles...but Riflemen are more about Sniping and Support (Hvy Support) the HAR isnot really likethat (sniping part), but as a result it should be a commando-only weapon (hence its own Mods...that Rifleman would SUCK at novice lvl). But I do support the FT/HAR trees being combined....

The HAR would not be a good Master encentive....only unless if: The Special HW Weapon tree has the FT and a few other Special HW weapons perhaps...ALL including the HAR coming under ONE Pool set and ONE mod set as well as having the HAR Ap 2 or even 3 (I support AP 3 while keeping the FT AP0 or AP1)

The suggestion was for an easy fix to hold us over till the Combat Balance. Not a revamp with new weapons and specials. Changing HAM costs, AP, and already ingame specials would be easy to implement.
