Is there a speed cap on thrown weapon speed to be able to throw grenades at 1 per second?

Well you can get thermal detonator's that you can throw like 1.3 seconds (spd)....never seen them myself, never seen em in action myself...
However most likely they do cap at 1.0 second, and it may be possible...especially with slicing gernades and ability to use a pup on them...not to mention thrown weapon speed/accuracy tapes are the ONLY commando tapes actually working atm
