Thread: Demolitionist Belt..is it worth it?

Only a 1020 commando here, working my way up. Does the belt above help any?

It does have thrown weapon accuracy (around +5)I believe...but most of its skills are geared towards weaponsmiths actually MAKING the gernades...


plus its an expensive item, with more worth to MWS' than to MC's....


Which doesn't make sense as its a Demolition's Belt...a guy who throws demo charges and whatnot...not an engineer creating the stuff (I can see maybe a Demolition Tool Belt...but not a Demolition's Belt...which sounds like the guy actually blowing up things, not making em)

Aren't the grenade mods a leftover from before release when Commando's could make their own grenades on Beta?

well I believe the demolition's belt was one of the newer schematics such as the crafter's apron...


So it wouldnt make sense that they're left over mods from beta as our ability to create nades was only 2 or 3 gernade components at Launch...then shortly dissappeared like 1 month or less afterwards....


The Demo belt is sorta more for the MWS than commando...but they threw us a bone with some gernade accuracy....(prolly would do the same if they had other belts that gave MWS added skills in specific weapon construction....)

Hehe, you wouldn't believe it, but the other mods on this belt are leftover beta commando skills. It used to be that the HAR line was designed around making our grenades, hence the old title of ordinance manufacturer. The current skill-mods for grenade making on it don't seem to actually do anything, since WS dont' have such a skill that I know of.






*shrug* I thought the demo belt came along with the new tailor schematics? Meaning after release...if this is the case, the devs are dumb


Also, I always thought perhaps the other mods added onto the WS experimentation only during gernade construction...


Oh well, the belt doesnt help us much anyhow
