Do they work? I heard that they might not. But I just want to confirm. Also what is the cap for them?

They do not currently work. No weapon at present uses the "Heavy Weapons Speed" modifier, though we hope that will change soon.

We really need to get this sticked, someone asks every two days.

Thrown Weapon skill mod tapes actually work tho...


And its not every 2 days, its more every 2 seconds
