I saw a thread on this a couple ofdays ago and I seem to remember reading that you would check, so I was just checking on if you had time to do any checking. I guess I'll check back later. I would be glad to check that thread but apparently, I am too stupid to have bookmarked it and, well... I CAN'T CHECK IT!!!!!!
sorry guys I am beat been working doubles and well I think it's time for me to check out!
FS is suppose to work with all weapons, including ours...but I haven't been able to test it (don't have a FS character)...so I guess we have to wait until a Commando gets those boxes to advise us...
I have been told that once the Sandbox goes live, I will be able to test certain jedi combos with a Commando template...

i've just got +12 in speed how do i test it just shoot things and if it seems quicker its working ?
Errop
I have already tested it and confirmed that it is not working...
What I did to test it was to find a pikit on dant last week, queue up a bunch of flame single 2's, and then use the stopwatch to record the delay between shots.
2 nights ago, I trained my FS ranged speed and accuracy mods, again went to dant, and again recorded the delay.
There was no change between the two.
In answer to your question, if you have already trained your FS skills, there is really no way to test this...unless you tested the exact same flamethrower you are using now before you trained your fs skills, you will have nothing to compare your tested numbers to...

A better way to test your speed is to take a janta or any NPC mission, kill off the NPCs and do specials on the lair, you willget a lot more data from doing this than to try it with animals. Also you can add a timestamp to your logsin ctrl+o chat, i believe this is more accurate than to use a stopwatch.
As i posted in another thread:

NO, it doesnt work.
I happened to open one of my slots and was granted enough xp to take a whole line with FS Speed enhancements. Im kinda pissed too - i was hoping a +12 to a 45 speed would give me an upper hand / I was wrong.
It's nice for your launcher pistol ,but that's it. I knew i should have took Jedi Luck (But i spose ill just go grind that out next phase.)
I had to drop TKM to pick this up.......Angry i am lol

This was a post from another thread.... Im really pissed that +12 speed doesn't help our FlameThrowers. It shoots a ranged shot.... what gives Devs?????????
