That's strange, for your second option, the one with master commando/ tkm you have very low ranged defense and melee defense.I get +94 melee defense and +92 ranged defense. i'm currently using the template below, i like it because it gives my launcher pistol some pistol skills and i can also use the geonosian stun pistol.

yes your defenses are off, for both of them...if you master TKA and Commando you'll be around 94/91 Melee/ranged

In the first template, we have +25 melee defense in Master Commando box....so should be more than 9...

Hello, i've recently decided to do master commando. I have 2 template options i'm considering and i'd very much apprecate it if any of you would mind giving me some advice about them.

1st Template: Master Commando/0-0-0-4 in BH/4-3-0-0 in TK

Def vs Blind: +10

Def vs Knockdown +25

Def vs Stun +15

Def vs Dizzy +5

Def vs Posture Change +30

Meleedef 9

Ranged def 22

Ranged Mitigation 3

Melee Mitigation 2

Pros: LLC, new damage type, new wepon. And all the bounses from scout.

Cons: Poor Defense, No healing.

2nd Template: Master Commando/MTK/1-0-0-0 in medic

Def vs Blind +10

Def vs Knockdown +25

Def vs Stun +15

Defvs Dizzy +5

Def vs Posture Change +30

Melee Defense +69

Ranged Defense +67

Ranged Mitigation 3

Melee Mitigation 3

Pros: Stronger Defense then 1st Template. Healing! MTK which adds alot more offense to the mix and stronger Meditation.

Cons: No scout bouses, No LLC or new damage.

Right now i'm leaning to the BH template because I think the LLC would help me a lot in pve which is what this template would mostly be for. If anybody has any suggestions or advice please feel free to say so! Thanks for reading my post

First of all what is your purpose? what are you trying to accomplish. I can tell you this...

If you whant to bea hot shot and be very good in PvE and PvP why dont you do something like this....

Master Carbin, Master Marks, BH 0-4-0-0, Medic 2-2-00, and you have something left over..... With this YOU WILL BE very balanced and have Extreme good accuracy and Range and Damage opportunities..... Wich LLC cant give you....

there are other combinations in the meele area.... just think about how much you are willing to give up for the LLC

your templates are flawed because To be master BH you need to be Master Marksman.. master marksman does not improve your accurasy in Lighning Canon so this is basically wasted.

You could try this slight mod to your first pick:

M.Commando / BH 0034 / TKA 4000

Firstly, as a Commando and BH oriented character, forget about defenses, especially when one of those are mastered.

Secondly, you will have access to all the heavy weapons of the game.

Thirdly, you get the loveable Meditate from TKA. When I dropped TKM, the only thing I missed was Meditate... especially with the fake healers all over the place.

Lastly, you get some proficiencies to use your Launcher Pistol even more. It's not the same as getting a bunch of lines in Pistoleer, but better than nothing from Commando.

I currently am a Master Commando,BH 0/0/0/4,TKA0/3/0/4 om test. Great for PVE. Having a blast with it(pun intended). Have access to an armor peircing reusable heavy weapon with no cool down between specials,enough defense to get by in PVE and the ability to be ironic and wear the shock trooper tag while using a lightning based weapon /grin
