Hey I just got glowy today and was woudering if the Jedi ranged speed will stack with heavy wepons?

I know heavy wepon speed tapes dont work so im wanting to know before i take this.

As of right now, it looks like FS bonuses are bugged with our FT's. I don't believe that it was intentional and that it will be fixed at some point. Hopefully soon. I'm glowy too and would like to start out with the Combat skills of FS.
