Thread: Do heavy weapon accuracy and speed AA/CA work now?
The mods do work, but doesn't the old 25% rule still apply? So say you have 50 heavy weapon accuracy and 50 heavy weapon speed from skill boxes. The most skill tapes can increase those stats to is 62.5, right? Or am I thinking of something else?
By the way, the stats will still likely get higher no matter how much you enhance skills with skill tapes, but your effectiveness isn't necessarily getting any better. For example, a master doc pre-CU could have had wound healing +30 (or whatever that stat was that increased the effectiveness of buffs) and his buffs were still no better than if he had only wound healing +25. Obviously food has a different set of rules since bivolli (sp?) could still enchance the buffs.
Hope that makes some sense...
I have a 25+Speed ca and about 10+ in other speed ca's i found out that after i put the 10+ca on there is no diffrence in Modifed speed for my weapon so i went out and got some "Genral Range Speed Ca's" Now i see it drop .1 with a 5+ AA, i think you can max out on each for 25+ being Heavy weapon speed 25+ and Genral Range speed 25+ in CA AA's. thats just my thoughts on it is. now for accuracy i dont realy see a cap with this im over 300+ and can tell, i hardle never miss in pvp,Even defenders That stack with dodge food over 90+ on it i still hit ever time almost.

The stat bonus pre-CU was capped to max +25 from BE tissue/AA/CA. Food stacked with this, therefor the bonus of both bivoli and doc clothes.
Don't know how it is today but as the fact that we now hav a diminishing return the higher we get in mods, I guess there is no real cap.
