I can't go into the whole thing now, but basically I realized that DPS is tied to CL. Rocket Launchers are always going to be weak because of it. With their resource requirements, it just doesn't make sense for us to make them Either the RL needs to be recerted to a CL 50 or 54, or it needs drastically reduced resource requirements.
