It appears to me that there isnt enough different about these weapons to make them really worthwhile. Expansion weapons, in my humble opinion, should be special. Limited. If craftable they should require looted components. Make them something interesting.
So what do we do with the two new weapons to make them something amazing? Here are some ideas.
1) 1 short range (20m) weapon with a much wider splash (32m) but a lower splash damage % (50%)
2) I medium range (40m) with a normal splash and higher min / max damage, but with higher sac (115-120)

Or, one should have an area KD. That would make a nice alternative to the single rocket launcher that says it has a cone but doesnt.

actualy theres a loot rocket launcher called the AK-Prime rocket launcher somewhere on Mustafar, master certed decent damage, with a working area kd
