The only way I know of to stop the fire dot is to jump into some water..... Kinda sucks if your on Tat

It's not supposed to.

However it's like +1K health for a few minutes.

So if you're on fire, and someone is stimming you (or you are stimming yourself), you may live long enough to jump in the water or stim yourself more.
