I must say this profession is one of the most boring of all professions I've mastered.

I think you're nuts. Commando is FUN, with a cpitol "F" for FLAME!.

I mastered thisabout 4 days ago and i'm still havingblast! Master Commando is unstoppable.

-anyway, if you think a profession is boring, why go into that profs message boards and be an ass? just stay in your Hair Designer boards, where you can have a good time.

I for one disagree big times. For me, Commando is very funny. Broken, well don't use the HAR

Bah, commando is great fun. One shotting bikes with heavy weapons. Flame dotting people in the med centers (best is when you have a doctor with a tef that is buffing an overt.... mmmmmmmm good stuff). Taking a graul mauler to half health in one hit with a Lightning Cannon so your group mates can ooo and ahhh over the damage, and let the CH cry nerf till he sees the affect on your HAM bars from weapons.

And picking up a proton grenade, telling your friends "Watch how much damage this does!" and throwing it at a critter 20m away, take 80 wound damage as it kills you, with your buddies laughing at you all the way from the clone center.

Well except for the last example, this proffession is great. Much better than the Master Artisan, Architech and Droid Engineer I was before this.

Xoshiex, I resent that. We've got enough holocron chaser's on the ID boards giving us BS. Saying things like, "I have to take this !$#@ed up class because the holocron told me too." "What's the quickest way to master ID so I can drop this stupid class?" "What macro can I use to master this the fastest?"

Don't push holo chasers onto anyone else, everyone's got to deal with them.

What profession has more than one good weapons? Pistoleer has the Dx2. TKA has the Vibro Knuckler. Rifleman has the T21. Bountyhunter... well i guess this has LLC and Scatter, but look how many more Skill points this takes.

I think commando is the greatest! I'm not even a master, but I haven't had this much fun in this game since i started it. I just got commando about 2 days ago and I am already 2-1-4-0. I love commando so much, It is so easy and fun to get xp once you get flame 4. I think Commando is one of the best, if not the best, PVE professions on the game!

Before you drop the proffession buy yourself 10 grenades of each type and 1 heavy weapon of each type.

use them, try to see how they are best used.

I agree with you that the flamethrower is the only reliable weapon we have, but once you shoot a rocket at a big rancor or graul and watch the smoke trail twist to the target and then POW...

you get this warm and fuzzy feeling all over..

and of course, theres nothing like lobbing a thermal or a proton or a cryoban (they have the most spectacular explosions in the game) and watch everyone in the group just STOP and go "W T F was that???"

I respect your opinion, i dont think its boring, just need some improvements, cause still have lot of bugs and things to do with our profession. But im agree with you that devs didnt get the max of what a commando profession can be, and im agree that could be more fun that what is atm.
