I'm about to become a commando and i'm wondering how much a flamethrower usually costs. Also if anyone knows where I can get one on the Naritus server

I would recommend goign to your server forum and asking there. Given rarity, the price will vary widely from one server to the next. It also depends on the attitudes of the Weaponsmiths on your server. There may be one underselling, or they could be colluding and keeping prices artificially high.

I have read in other posts that a Novice Commando should start with a Flamethrower.
What stats should I look for, and what would be a good general price for one???
Any of the other weapons a Novice should get??
What kind of armor should I wear???
I am in Unarmed 4 right now, and wear armor with high Kenetic resist, but what will I need for Commando???

whats high? u need at least 50kinetic resistance & buffs for levelling up

btw its a LAUNCHER PISTOL at Novice (till u reach FT3)
