Or the stats are of a crafted version. A little early to tell, but I hope these loot/rewards are just previews/samples of weapons that can be crafted (with much better stats of course).

Yeah... just think about the Rifleman who bought the expansion because it looked so good... and now they find out its worthless to them... good marketing by SOE... bad customer relations though

That's exactly what I am hoping for. The Devs did say most of the new weapons would be craftable and that the cube would be needed by crafters, since the schematics would be no trade.

i guess that's the reason the junk dealers across the galaxy accept the pistol quest rewards as junk. i got an offer of 6000 credits for my modified disruptor pistol .
even my healer's gloves (+10 on Healing Eff., +10 on Buffing Eff.) was seen as junk.

so be careful if u sell the looted junk - if u want to keep your quest rewards dont hit the "sell all"-button.

Ican't remember the stats off hand but I do remember the awful SAC of 127

First new pistol I see that beats my DE-10 (when unpuped), but when taken into account that you can't pup or slice the new ones, it still doesn't reach up to my 1153 max damage w pup.Still, I rather would have seen max 950-980 dam reward pistols, mainly becuse, the time spent to get the new ones can't even be compared to the hours it took me to get my gun, and what it took others.


Theworst part is that weaponsmiths arn't involved at all, which just is sad. Crafters was the blood in this game, you spent hours searching for enhancment or weapon parts to get your wakkeli-wakka custom weapons made (or the same amount of time killing of NS to get legendary weapons ) by your favorite weaponsmith.


Ah, well, the golden years has passed

The no slice/no pup rules mean these weapons are all going on the wall in my guildhall.


They still can't beat a well crafted FW FWG5 for general use or a Deathrain D-50 or Kashyyyk Stalker Pistol for damage (or pre-cu weapons that converted well).
