As of Sunday they spawned on Kauri. We killed over 10 of them that night. You just need to be patient and have a tracker with you.

hi all,yesterday i was hunting krayts solo with master pikey.its easy enough but i want to know what's the best move to use on em.hit3 spreads out a lot as i was only one there.
real shame i got no loot bah

im no pikeman but i would assume your leg hit is like a swordsmans mind hit. I would try that

Bleh. For some reason, I've never got my Leg Hit to actually work. Just resort to my Fire VL usually. =/ Anyone else have this problem, or am I just unlucky?

ive never mastered carbineer or pikeman.. but to my understanding the action hits on both of these professions is broken..

Leg hits aren't broken, they just suck badly when compared to other classes' targeted pool attacks. Unless you speed cap it, /leghit2 has higher DPS than /leghit3.
It's still the best way to go against something like a Krayt. Use both action hits to apply bleeds, apply action poison or fire or whatever if you have it, and just whomp away with leghit 2 or 3 depending on your speed.

how often do krayts spawn? or are they just a appear at restart f server thing?

Krayts are a random spawn. They are rare but not static--there is no spawn timer. You could find an unending stream of krayt dragons if you were really lucky but their rarity makes that very unlikely. Server restart is better than later in the day but that's a side effect of the spawning system. Finding a krayt dragon is no different than finding a bantha--it's just a lot less common.
