My best LP that is unsliced as of now is at 2.7spd and 251 max dmg, then I sliced it on speed down to 1.9spd
For my flamethrower I have a few, for a speed flamer I use a 3.0spd 490-910dmg flamer.
For dmg I have one with 4.5spd and 570-1170dmg.

lol, barris i have to say i HIGHLY doubt that, u would bassicly need a perfect speed slice, thebesy set ofkrayat tissue in the game, perfect materials, and a hell of alot of luck
