My God, how is a flamer like this even possible??? I've never seen a range modifier that high on any weapon, especially a Flamer... what types of tissues went into this thing?

Not too good tissues but an exceptional blaster rifle barrel. Thats where the ideal range come from and it took roughly a second off the speed as well. Too bad on the 20% damage slice.
