i've been looking (with a master ranger buddy of mine) we can't really find anything formidable with that just has a name and no affiliation. Every NPC that i come across that is just a name cons light blue, and all i get is 50 credits.

I've seen NPCs like that pretty often on Dantooine, they're usually aggro, ~20k HAM, decent armour/resists.

If it does exist why not slice it? Do you know how slow flame throwers decay? I got my krayt flamethrower probably about 5 months ago and not even 100 condition of the 1100 is missing.

you're serious? wow... I need to start useing my krayt one on a regular basis. (I had only used it for PvP or krayts or Goraxs...)

Holy crap!!! I just looted an exceptional flamer too!! min 900 max 1200 speed 2. i found it off of the same kind of guy on endor. a random guy with no title. he was near the marauder camp. this thing is sweet!!
