You have to have posted a certain amount of times in order to get "access" to the edit features, and then you can do the HTML sigs.

(I don't know the number/limit of posting to get this, sorry)

I have had the "Edit as HTML" link become invisible on me many times, it's still their but the text color appears to be the same as the background color of it's placement. If this is the case the easiest way to find it is to simply click on the right hand side of the "Submit Post" button and drag down(highlighting as you go) to the next line. This will cause all text to become highlighted that is on the same line and thus make it readable if it is otherwise invisible.

The following is what it looks like and where it is located on the page so you can at least see where it should be:

Submit PostEdit as HTML | Preview Post | Check Spelling

As you can see the "Submit Post" button is on the left hand side of the screen while the other options are on the right hand side. "Edit as HTML" is the very first link and even if it's invisible it is still a clickable link. It will take a second in order for it to adjust and take you to the HTML editing screen but it will work.

The best way to ultimately get a nice signature is to reply to a post or create one use the Graphical Editor like the color stuff and get what you like... and edit it in HTML... copy and paste be sure to remove the

commands because they turn out crappy.
