I really think that commando needs a new weapon. All of the copmmando tree is a joke cept for flame. Acid rifle is just a dumed down flamer. Commando are supposed to be bad ass mofos with freakin machin guns. We need some defences cause as of now all we got are a few melee and thats about it.

New to the profession...only 0020 now (the FT first...go figure), but I have done about every melee/ranged profession (excepting BH, SL, and CM ), and for the SP invested, I'm a bit dissapointed. The commando should be able to hold his own at ranges, survive melee long enough to kite and shoot back, and with HW's annihilate anyhing out there. Looking at dmg on, for example, the RL, I see good potential for damage, but with no specials to help that it's no use spending 1k per shot (at least). I know as a master rifleman a T21 with /headshot3 could easily hit for 3k mind.../strafeshot2 could peak at 4.5k and hit at the 1 scond cap easily...and as TKM /unarmedhit3's would hit faster than I could queue them (well, almost ), usually doing upwards of 2k per hit (especially against KD'd oppenents). Commando looks like it should have a lot of potential but Rambo ( a sure commando template) would be embarrassed...let alone people that have actually played with heavy weapons...
