wouldn't you want to use /aim whenever possible?
Doesn't it increase the accuracy of the next attack thus an /aim followed by flame would increase the chance of the flame hitting?
I ask this because i see people saying they used it "until flame 3"
why can't you use it with flame 3??
Unless, of course, I am mistaken and it only effects regular shots or something.

only use /aim when using overcharge shot. thats one shot you dont want to miss. aside from that, its a waste to use aim with normal shots.

rifleman regularly use stacked aims... it does stack
it also works with flamerthrowers... I am a rifleman who is part commando... and i use my stacked aims with the flamer. miss once in about 40 shots. the aims can be also combine with specials ^_^ though with commando the 16m thing kinda makes it suck.
what is the max range for specials on the acid rifle? (haven't done that tree yet) if it is 64m use the aim command! you will like the result.

Rhelamos, we say until flame 3 because once you get flame 3 your flamer is accurate enough to not need to use /aim. You can if you want but it's no long necessary for good accuracy.

When you execute /aim, you can see the effect by the change in the to-hit number beside your target's HAMs.
