We're a commmunity. Granted sometimes we talk about non-SWG commando stuff, but in the end just about everything relates back to our interests as commandos. Thats one of the reasons why I believe this community is one of the best out there; we can talk about a diverse range of topics. Edit: Just read your reply in the "Whoa" thread. Many of us regard the epitome of what a commando is, including myself, to be Master Chief from Halo. I find it very hard to take anything posted in here seriously, with things like this littering the entire board.

Yeah what did some one do? Pee in his cherrios? One reason the few dedicated commandoes have survived far as I can tell. Is that most at least (obviously unlike you) have a sense of humor to some degree or other. Random crap gets posted when folk get bored (like this thread) And honestly. There isnt much to discuss about Commando that hasnt been discussed to death. With the recent step in of a dev asking questions directly from Commandoes as a whole. We may eventually have some new things to talk about. Beyond the depressing continued bugs, useless weapons, overlooked revamps of commando weapon schems (For example the CL22 Rocket launcher). As for template questions? You find them in EVERY profession board. Folk new to the profession or folk jsut wanting to try out something new just want to see what others use in combination with mastery/partial mastery of that given profession.Hardly something I'd wail on them about. And hardly a reason to accuse everyone here of borderline illiteracy. In your case all i can say is I certainly agree with Oslois's response. And I highly suggest you refrain from future inhalation of your flamethrower fuel. It's obviously baked your brain and your sense of humor if your getting so overworked over a thread like this. (Which is honeslty just my way of showing appreciation for Star, as well as making a questionably legitimate joke at the same time) Especially since Star has, as far as I'm concerned Gone the extra mile as far as coros go. There's been good ones and bad ones I'm sure for all professions. And he's stuck through (And more importantly willing to continue doing so) all the bad times and dissapointments heaped uppon our profession.So in the initial spirit of this thread. I suggest we lynch the Heritec! He doth mock our devine religion! Prayer to Starnick will be at 11pm GMT Followed by free beer, ammo, and burning down some small out of the way town.
That and we've had a ton of luck in getting some of the best corros out there, I started commando in the garvin days, and I remeber the fuss of who can replace such an awesome corro. StarNick has lived up to Garvin in everyway possible, after the devs broke us (who wouldv'e thought it was possible?) with the CU we hoped for, due to lack of testing given to us at the Alpha stages, we, lead by StarNick, have gotten a pretty large fix on the way, and the possibility of a much larger one on the way.
And if you want it like some of the other boards, I wanna Nerf your posting ability.

Going from board to board, I have yet to see one community that has a better sense of humor than we do, especially considering how the devs keep kicking us in the nuts while we're down. We've been over every problem a hundred times or more, and discussed them thoughtfully back and forth for days on end. None of it has done any good.
We use humorous threads to keep us going now. Some of us have no hope and no faith in the devs, which means all we have left is each other and our humor.
You say you can't find/learn anything about the commando profession here in there boards? Here's a tip; try learning to read. We have stickied guides, and if that's not enough, just freaking make a post and *ask* what you want to know. Someone will answer it; someone always answers those questions.
If you really think our community and forum here is useless, then leave. No one is forcing you to be here, and no one here would try and force you. Feel free to browse the other forums if you'd prefer.
However, if you insist on staying here, either find some humor yourself, or keep your crap out of our "fun" threads. We get enough grief in-game and out of game from damn near everyone else, and we definitely do not need it from someone that would masquerade as a member of our community.
And as a side-note, lynching heretics really doesn't fit with commando at all! Get it right!
