Well, I know that Ivoni and myself are Master Commandos. I think he was second in game behind me by like 2-3 days. Both of us been Master for awhile. I also know there is a Master Commando on my server (Gorath) along with myself. So I would guess there are probably about 5 total Master Commandos.

I'm pretty sure therte aren't any Masters on Ket. I've seen maybe 5 people with the tag total, and most of them were running up Pistoleer instead of Commando until we get fixed.

There was a master commandoahead ofivoni by atleast acouple weeks from what I have seen, it seems rather superfluous to mark yourself as 1st master in the game. Perhaps a bit more realistic to claim it per server. However im sure eventually there will be character stats that may shed this sort of information for all to see and accept accordingly.

I was the first on Valcyn and still the only I know of....met up with one yesterday using the master title exploit....messaged him saying "nice job exploiting your title...you make me look bad"

He replies with "lol, me too"

5 seconds later "oh wait, you're really master? Come out here and show me your level IV titles"

And for those of you who dont know about this, master titles can be put on your character falsely...but the players who use this command can't show the other titles, in Commando's case Artilleryman, Expert Commando, Grenadeer, and Ordnance Manufacturer. So...if you see extra master BH and Commando running around with an FWG5 or a Scout Blaster (just happened to be what the two I most recently criticized had equipped "why would I need a heavy weapon?") and they decline to show their Tier IV titles, you can likely assume they are exploiting their title.

I was hoping this would be fixed this morning...still no luck. I didnt even know about it till reading a thread yesterday...it's a fairly recent exploit.

Shadowfire has maybe 2-3 Commandos and I doubt any are even tier 1 due to a lack of Commando weapons there.

The funny thing is half the people I see go wow! and the other half say "nice hack" LOL!

I'll be master commando by tomorrow night, friday at the latest

I'm 3-4-1-4 right now, with 50k more combat exp to go and half of ft spec2 done.

At the rate I'm going I'll have it by tomorrow but who knows what will come up.

funny how people still quote a very old interview from raph stating there is only 1 master and expect it to be legit information.

Or that Raph actually is clued in to what the game is actually like. Snicker.

It's getting too hard to spot who is what proffession anymore since there's an exploit where you can jus change your title to whatever you want, soooo there could be 100 master commandos on every server, but only 5 or so are legit.

It's just sad that some people have to compete in everything. I'mhappy, because I know there will be a huge weapon fix so that most of the Commando weapons work, and it'll be here within a week or two. Unlike you guys, who used your launcher pistols to kill durnis all day ... I'm still a Novice! Well, I did get one of the grenade boxes from accumalated combat experience ... but the point is, you don't have the feeling of earning your keep the correct way! Don't you feel kind of sad that you missed out on learning the profession the way it was intended to be played?

I'm not even going to insult you. I'm just going to say this. The fun is in the path to the goal, not in reaching the goal.
