Oh yeah, And now I'll grind FS xp much faster and easier as well as being a death machine , thanx .
Pick you favorite profession...any profession, especially one that you take A LOT of pride in...go ahead...got it? Good...
Now...imagine tons of folks coming in and asking "what is the best way for me to USE your profession to help me grind out another profession?"...and then throw in some common comments like:
- Grenades make it easy to get Combat XP to exchange for FS XP.
- I grinded out your profession quicklyin ___ hours.
- You're class was easier to master than doc xp with a tumble bot
Hearing those type of comments over and over (you are not the first and won't be the last) tends to grind on the nerves of many folks who take pride in the Commando profession. We tend to get a lot of up and coming Jedi coming in here and basically telling us "I'm taking up Commando just so I can grind easier, then I'm dropping it because I could care less about your profession...now answer my questions like good pigeons"...so how much would you want to be "helpful" to folks like that?
Commandos tend to be more then happy to be overly helpful to folks who care about the Commando profession...We've made TONS of posts (even stickied some) that are useful for for FS grinders and the likes...We'll be happy to help those who are intent on being Commandos...for those just looking to "use" the profession, please refer to the guides already available for you.
As for the negativity...if is fully justified if you are familiar with the situation and understand the scenerio I described above.
PS...the tone of your initial post...did you really expect that to come off well and not receive negative replies in response? Almost feels like you are purposefully trying to create a flame war...not nice!

Can we get a sticky in Really Really Big Letters...Go To FS forum for Nade Questions. I love this prof and have dropped others to keep this one, even in the CU I will have to think about what to keep to go along with my Master Commando.

Personally, I gave up Commando after the Flame DoT Nerf back at the end of 2003 and have been wishing they'd fix it ever since - my best memories in-game were of PvP while I was a Commando but before they became useless. Now that Commando will be playable again, I'll be respec'ing to take advantage of that. Same with BH, though I didn't like BH as much as Commando(will be using it to support my Commando abilities, not the other way around). And I still have part of Pistoleer on Live right now..

Well i made a nice long post about the responses yetsterday but with server id problems i couldnt post it.... so anyway in a nutshell

To ?Garvin i think. thank you siryou eloquently appeased my distaste after my initial commando forum disgust. And you were also right. I made this post to get flamed. Wrote that before morning cig and caffeine fix.
And may I say ---- I agree now with the Get your FS grenade questions out of the forums, hadnt realized that you guys got pounded worse here from noobs than we did on TC with idiot questions.
Only problem is the CU is gonna take care of those stickies.
My concern is (as i only Tested BH for CU) what exactly happened to our grenade damage? It's still 3 * 1 convert and 10 *1 off of ranged/melee right?
Is it timers that slow down the throws? or different math. Coz Im thinking if i max heavy weaps and Combat XP after CU , head to train FS XP... what did i lose out on ? Time of death of mobs?
In any case, Im Gonna Stick to MCommando til i run out of points. So like me or not ... im one of you now.
Although i'll get treated like the insta-commandos after tommorrows patch... if the skill switch thing is for real.
Peace and chicken grease. and to dl409 or whatever, use Capital letters occassionally before you questoin others ages. there are 60 year old men playing this game. And ones with their own 13 year olds. We arent all 17-22

Sorry if this is not what you usually see, I can champion the cause but in game is a good forum for it- roleplay it out

U guys can be more the Trollers when he's just defending us FS ppl we have more of a right to know whats what
as our skill points are very limited, to nothing so we have to choose fast and know so ur just as much the Trollers.
It took me at least a couple of weeks to get to Commando as i had Mastered all other Ranged abilities before makes
it twice as hard.
And by the to the Idiot who said to look on the FS Forums for the Answere, maybe u should've been smart enough to look
urself as we have no Correspondent so we have to rely on asking around, duh.

Hrmmm.....let me clear up some things for you good sir.....
- No sane commando would use grenades on Live
- Commando can be mastered quickly based on how ya go about it, we justify our need for power by our skill pt cost....which has been solved....so we aren't too hard to master hehe
- Sorry for the lack of a corr for y'all, but you are sure to find info via stickies on our forum (so don't ask us), or ask on the FS forums
- Again, we have stickies for a reason.....to keep FS grinders from cluttering up our precious board.
So please, we are not relaly trying to flame him......well, some are hehe.....but we are really, really tired of FS grinders pestering us hehe.

Its always fun dueling a TKM that doesn't use armor. Do a nice flame shot 2, taking off about 3/4 of his health bar. Then just stand there. Let him knock you down, dizzy you, whatever the heck he wants. Because unless he's got a fire blanket, that burning is going to just suck up the rest of his health until hes dead. If your lucky, when he trys to get back up from being incapped, he will get hit by another burn and gets incapped again
