That is correct, but the exact wookies are the ''Kerritamba Warrior''s in the middle of ''The Dead Forest'', in theKerritamba villagewhich the arena quest is in. The weapon you want drops quite frequently on an about 1:10 ratio! The warriors also drop a lot of junk and 2 other weapons called ''Liquidsilver L7'' and ''C-10 ''Dragoneye Reaper'' ''! Now, the ''KERRITAMBA WARRIOR''S are lvl 36 if my memory serves me well, which it normally does
