I can't believe no one has mentioned True Lies yet, hehe.
Anyone else remember how Arnold toasted the entire terroristbase with a gas hose and a blowtorch?

Dang it...you all stole the ones I was going to say...
Blues Brothers is a personal favorite...although Aliens was great...
I actually made the wife rewind WindTalkers a few times because of some of the FT scenes in that movie...I kept asking her "that looks like it's going farther then 16m doesn't it? At least 30m!!!"

LOVE that movie heh. Also, what about the explosives Carrie used to try up jake and elwood in that motel? Defining commando moment. Carrie Fisher is the Heroine of all Commandos!

haha last post was good, why did he post about recursive macros in here anyway.
Anyway, im a big movie buff and just couldnt believe that Flame throwers werent in anything else (btw dont think u added Saving Private Ryan to that list u made, I could've over looked it tho... someone did mention that)
So anyway, I looked thru my dvd collection and noticed to classics not mentioned here with Flamethrowers, one where the flamethrower was very important.
One was the Running Man. You guys may remember this movie, the guy I speak of wore a jetpack and his weapon of choice was... Ding Ding Ding, the flame thrower. It eventually became his downfall, but theres one.
The other, was one where the flamethrower was ever so important. And strangely it wasnt mentioned. Im a fan of cheesy horror movies so this may be why I know of it. The Thing. The flame thrower was important in that because that was how they could kill the thing, and they also used it to heat up a needle to test the blood to see who was the thing.
Anyway thats what i got... seeing if i can find more
