starting NPC list:
aakuan cave npc's (2-10k ham)
i soloed most of the cave today with only a pet, brandy but no buffs.
they are only about 15% heat resist but 40% kinetic. most were one, at most two flame II's.i got some ok loot namelya +5 ranged def ring, and an armor atach. got about 60k heavy xp in 30 minuts. (first time i looted anything usefull ever. i only started looting higher npc after the loot nerf )

Squill cave rocks.. they have heat vulnerbility and gives 2-3k xp per kill..
I usualy take em down in 1 to 3 shots i love that cave

Off the top of my head
Lord nyax(hes pretty high level 55k ham or so)
Imperial Inquisitor(i only know of the one in the imperial weapons facillity on naboo, around 58k ham)
they are both able to drop some nice loot. for examplke i got a +17 skill tape from nyax altho it was a rubbish skill.
