Because that is just the first batch from GarVa...he's only one person and doing them on his free time...rush the finished product and you get a bad looking avicon...
It has nothing to do with personal preference...it just has to do with GarVa posting what he had already finished...I expect to see a new Commando Avicon coming soon...

Yup.
They've added icons for pistoleer, carbineer, rifleman, BH, CH, smuggler, marksman, ranger, Rebel pilot,and squad leader, but they seem to have forgot us again, as usual.
So yeah, we're going to be last.

Because GarVa hates us...JUST KIDDING...
GarVa just hasn't finished ours yet...I just sent GarVa a timeline request to find out when ours might be done...I don't want to rush GarVa because our icon might end up reflecting that rush...GarVa had done a FANTASTIC job with the other icons and I can't wait to see what he comes up with for us...
