When i saw the title Heavy Infantry for the Acid Rifle tree...i just about killed myself. What does an acid rifle have to do with infantry. I vote that they merge the acid and flame trees, and give us commandos a new weapon, something that has low damage but fires faster than anything...like a mini-gun. Then we would truly be Infantry. And i havent gotten around to changing my signature, so im now a Shock trooper, Novice Doc.

Syraxen wrote:good names, BUT whats shock trooper got to do with a flamethrower, sounds more like it would be the title for a lightning gun not a flamer.
WWII - The Nazis called their Flame Thrower Guys, Shock Troopers. Or something like that.

A 'shock trooper' is one memberof the first wave of troops sent into battle.
I'm not exactly sure if flame troopers would be the the first sent in, but alas...

Actually German flame troops were called Storm Troopers. I've never heard them called shock troopers.
