Thread: Friday Feature 25th
Actually to be truthful, we don't know for sure which weapons we will get...Since the last FF that showed weapon certs, many have shifted around...what we had then and what we have now isn't the same...so just because we have an idea which weapons we are currently scheduled to get via the CU, it's likely it'll change before the CU hits live...That's the reason why I don't think TH is revealing who get's what yet...he doesn't want tosee "but that was suppose to be our weapon...you lied to us!" posts when more cert shifting happens...No stats have been revealed yet to any of us, so all we are seeing is the "shells" of new weapons without knowing what they'll do or how effective they'll be. You are seeing what we see when it comes to the weapons...all you aren't seeing is who "might" get them...

Its time for the devs and the sandboxers to either poop (wouldnt let me use my word of choice here), or get off the pot.

Plus...think about this too: We always wanted some sort of Hvy Carbine or Hvy Rifle (or Assault Rifle). We already have enough Heavy Weapons, of which including the HAR seem will be actually good in the CU....
And we all specifically want an underslung carbine, which is not in the CU...that leaves a possibility for a Rifle, doesnt it? Or a melee weapon for our UA IV...or perhaps, both?

However, it SHOULD be a MINIGUN OF DOOM... with dual lightsaber bayonets and a co-mounted automatic grenade launcher. That is not too much to ask for.
Hehe, sounds like you want the Concussion Rifle from the Dark Forces series... Man, I loved that gun.
I remember using it in the Jedi Academy demo... There were two sith knights standing on a bridge and I was above them. Too bad they can't block a massive beam of energy launched at their feet, muahahahahah! I think they flew at least a good 20-30 meters.

I don't know, call me crazy, but somehow I don't see this as a difficult job. I mean, hell, give me a 12 pack and 2 hours and I'll have a bunch of weapons drawn up and put into their respective profs. Info and how things will work is one thing, beating around the bush with trivial things such as weapons is kind of stupid...IMO of course.
