A great source of info is the FAQ that's stickied at the top too. While I don't think it gives specific locations to hunt, it does give some nice info on how Ivoni went through the commando tree.

I hunted rontos on Tatooine until I had flame 3, then I went to endor for a short time before moving to Dathomir. I've been doing missions on Dathomir for a while now, and I'm very close to Master Commando. The only tough part of commando is working up to flame 3 so that you'll be accurate with the flame thrower, after that, it's a breeze.
