get novice pistoleer for healthshot 2 only. if you have the 40k combat xp, i figure you used something to get that, and i'm hoping its pistols. now, go to rori. find some midnight vir vurs or get missions with them. those lairs spawn midnight, twilight, and dusk vir vurs. bleed all of them with both healthshot1 and 2. be extracareful to not hit any of them with a normal attack (picking a slow pistol helps). now run around until they have 1 health left. don't worry, they are too slow to catch up to ya. when all the vir vurs are down to 1 health, run to them and just attack. they will all drop in 1-2 hits, depending if your attacks hit the health bar or not. midnights give around 1400 unarmed xp, dusks give 1000, and twilights give 815. soon enough, you'll be complaining on how slow commando weps are .

oh yeah, and use vk's, because they don't take away too much of your damage, but they increase your speed by 3 if they're a good pair.

It's funny - I've never had any problems getting Combat exp.

But a quick way to get it is to find some C-12 Grenades. Take the Vir Vir, Durni, Squall (Talus) missions and use the grenades to take out the lair.

Grenades will give pure combat exp - plus that extra little 10% at the end as well.

Like the poster, I found the Unarmed exp the longest grind. Like others suggested, I took missions for slow critters, and killed easy critters along the way to and from the mission. After all, exp is exp. Just keep at it, and you'll get there.

Use the macro:

/healthshot1;/healthshot2;/peace;

That way you stop firing after the healthshots

I did the healthshot1 & 2 stacking, but instead of the vir vurs on Rori I prefer the Leviasqualls. Group with a probot or something, leave it in town. Leviasqualls were giving me 1871 XP each. Along with the vir vurs, they're easily kited (all of the "rabbit" class animals on Rori are slow like that).

Though I haven't done it, I assume you could use the same trick for the Combat XP. Tap the lair to get a couple more squalls out, bleed all of them, and roll some pineapples their way. You may get lucky and kill more than one squall with a single pineapple. You would have to kill approximately 20 leviasqualls to get the 40k Combat XP required for Novice. Say each lair spawns 5 squalls (being pessimistic), with 2 missions per round, you'd only need two rounds of squall missions to hit the 40k.

(4 missions) x (5 squalls per mission) x (~2000 XP per squall) = ~40k XP
