Why does he give us a bad name?

He gives himself a bad name granted. But why would you judge all the Rebels or all the Commando's upon the actions of one person. Seriously, if there's one thing I've noticed about this community it's a tendancy to put every into a box and give them a name.

"He's a n00b, cos I owned him!"

"This player said something slightly immature, therefore he MUST be 12 years old!!"

Why can't you just take a player for how you find them instead of trying to judge them and throw them into one of these boxes with a label attached?

How do you know a commando is old Skool or a casual gamer? Again it's putting someone into a box, they could be new to commando and a really nice person

Well so far by the responses on this Message. Most you commados dont care. And then most of you commando are going to be nerfed.

If someone is going to harrass poeple with TEF exploints in the cantina. Im not talking about just VeeBee here, since most the responses are. Well a imp was doing it the other day. Well then do what we all did report him. Because using a TEF exploit to kill people, when your a master commando is giving ALL OF YOU a BAD NAME.

You dont want to listen to me fine. When the Nerf bat comes your way. Dont say I didnt tell you.

I find it really sad the crap you guys went through. But yet you dont care about a few badapples giving you a badname. And the nerf bats acoming. If thats all your going to do is sit in a med center and beat on people with a TEF exploit. Then I guess you deserve a nerf.

And Yes he was in med center. Many people sent in complaints because by the 4th hour he was just harrassing people, and using an exploit. You want to ingnore that fine.

The problem is that individuals of all classes and factions are using this exploit and others. Nerfing a specific class does not solve the problem, it punishesall players in that class. Hopefully the developers will "protect" the medcenters and cantinas from these exploits, without creating new ones. ie. entering either place while in PvPcombat so it cant be used as a "hideout", the TEFshould beremoved when exiting either place so a medic doesnt get jumped for assisting another player and other fixesalong these lines.

This is not a topic that belongs in the Commando Forum. I have not checked yet, but I am guessing this guy has posted the exact same thing in some other classes forum just to get a rise out of the community. Don't fall for his infantile arguement.

I'd think it gives SWG and SOE a bad name and not the commandos. They should have fixed the exploit of attacking people in med centers and cantinas a long time ago. For now I say everyone should keep on doing it till the devs fix the problem and make these areas off limits. I personally don't do it, but I am one of those docs that no longer heals in the med center b/c you know thats the place people with active TEF's will show up and I'm tired of dying for their battle.

If I am in the med center healing, I now always ask how you got the wounds. If its from recent PvP, most likely I wont heal you. It doesnt really matter to me cause the tips suck anyway. No loss for me.

Since doing this is open to any class and both factions and done by many, I don't think it would negatively impact one class or a few. If changes are made to how this works they would be global changes to all classes and both factions. I would expect to see things like, can't enter a med center with agro, can't start combat in a med center, before I would see changes done to a class or faction.

yeah and i have seen some imps do some pretty ridiculous things in which one instance it happenned to me. I am afk and sitting in my camp with no armor so i can heal faster. This overt imp thinks it would be funny to kill a person with no armor and afk and attacks me, luckily i returned as he was attacking and killed him. I DB him and gave him a tell saying sorry baout that no hard feelings ok. He respnded ok and he seemed pretty cool until about 5 minutes later when i am back in my camp with no armor on healing and i look over and see the same imp again, but he brought a master BH along with him who killed me and did not even DB me, he let the puny little imp who i killed earlier DB me. that really was cheap

Uh, OK... Look, "griefing" goes on all the time in the game. It happened to me a couple of days ago. It's not limited to commandos and certainly not limited to Rebels. Guess what, there are no Rebels or Imperials! It's just a freakin' game. The Med Center was not attacked by a Rebel or a Commando, it was attacked by some immature jerk. If you're going to be mad, at least be angry at the right people.

I'm a Rebel and I've been killed in the Med Center by Imperial players. Do I think it's right? No. But I'm not mad at all Imperial players, just the pimple-faced, immature, livin'-in-their-mom's-basement geeks who take advantage of sick, AFK, LD and other weakened "enemy" players.

Ok Bike, whatever.

Maybe your one of the Rebels or Imps that do it? So be it.

My story is straight. Other then when I said cantina instead of medcenter in last post. It doesnt matter if you dont believe. What matters is the the devs will be reviewing about 10 or so complaints agiast this TEF exploit. And thats all that matters.

If you dont want to police yourselves then fine. I could care less. Not a commando and never plan on being one.

And by the way. The TEF works agaist Coverts also. If the person that has a revenge TEF gets healed by a medic then now that Medic has a TEF also. And If the Medic Heals someone else that person has a TEF. This was what was happening. Most people had no idea what the hell was going on. And then when He did die, he just kept cloning and using his Revenge TEF he had on everyone.

But Hey what do you guys care?

Oh bye the way Bike I like how you lable everyone that brings up a Important subject as a troll. Next time I wont bother. Ill just tell everyone the person is griefing to Report him. When you get nerfed. OH WELL.
