200 damage? What exactly are you using that only does 200 damage per tick? Most flame DoTs do 800-1000 damage, and you can stick DoTs from all 4 flame specials (Single1, Single2, Cone1, Cone2). Thats about 3.4-4k every 15 seconds, far from pathetic. If it isn't sticking, thats going to suck. But I'd rather have them make the HAR viable and raise the AP on the Flamer and HAR to at least light before I worry about DoTs.

Pretty sure he's talking PvP numbers, not PvE numbers.
