This is the exact role I've seen for commandos from the first time I logged into Beta 3. We are not meant to be the gods of PvP. We are not meant to solo effectively.


We are the ultimate team players. As the game progresses, it will become apparent to everyonethat we are one of the MOST NEEDED professions. Right up there with medics. The more difficult faction raids, group PvP situations (Rebels more than Imperials for now)and any other situation with hard targets will require US to be there.


Conversely, we can't survive without everyone else. Our weapons require us to have people to provide cover. Pin down the targets, toss us a ranged heal, basically pull us out of the fire we just jumped into trying to win the fight.


So far, I'm rather pleased with the direction we're headed right now. I just wish it hadn't taken so long, because we've lost alot of good people along the way.
