oops yes 1k per CL not 100 per....
But the tranfer command is bogus, a friend of mine trade pets all the time that we catch, and neither one of us are masters.

Your Master Doc ability will come really handy when leveling, since yours buffs are life savers 
At Novice Brawler, either keep to the easy targets or join hunting parties. You'll find that you can get to 2h Swords 4 quite quickly.
Once you hit Noivce Heavy Swordsman, you can then join better groups and hunt things like giant baz nitches or just grind away FPs running faction missions.
When you get more and more experiance, you'll probably find that its easier to solo than to group, so try taking the Giant Baz Nitches as they are quite easy and pay good money.
Mind food / drugs and good 80% kenetic compo are also excellent compliments to a Swordsman's abilities.
Just remeber to buff every time, take alot of stim packs and have a good 'heal self' macro.
