That's pretty reasonable for cost there, especially since it's sliced w/ 31 uses.
As for the other consumeable heavy weapons: HPBCs are kind of popular, but IMO, the Lightning Cannon (not the LLC) has some uses for the DWB... if they can hit. But by far though, Rocket Launchers are the most popular of the bunch. Probably keep a very small in-shop stock of the other heavy consumeables. Your mileage may vary for them.
