Pfft. Geneticially engineered humans you mean. We Trandoshans are already superior.

/looks at all their cool equipment
/looks at the mayhem they laid on those geonosians
/looks at my crappy commando weapons that can't hit a fencer/stacker even if he's glued in place

Instead of asking for a silly bayonet, ask for a kick ass gauntlet dagger like these guys have.

Wow, they just put up a new walkthrough video with commentary. It totally kicked butt. You can see how the commandos in the squad all work together.... the cool thing is in all our gimpness, I've been in a group of commandos that work together with the same fluid efficiency (though we all end up dying due to our weapon inferiority... ah well... at least we die together... right?)
I can't wait to get the DC17 Assault Carbine. I say I can't wait because I know we're getting it. Not in the sense that I've been told... but I don't see how we could be commandos without it any longer now that it's been brought up. And I say carbine, because I don't want a "go prone at 64m and stalk and snipe your target with a shot every 3 seconds instead of 1" rifle as a commando
hehe

On the topic of the DC-17, I really think it would be cool if they made our new tree called something like the Adaptive Weaponry line. We'd get certed for the DC-17, but as we progress up the tree we could get attatchment certs that only work on the DC-17 that change it's purpose (such as the AP rounds, scopes, surpressors, grenade launchers, etc from RC.)
Of course only one could be applied at once, and a 5 sec switching time, or something like that could be added for balancing purposes. Frankly, I think something like that would help give us an adaptive edgefor our heavy combat skill-point investment.

When you lose, it's because your side sucks....
When you win, it's because you rock.....
When you lose, it's because the Dev team nerfed your equipment...
When you win it's because you're so l337, you win in spite of the Dev team nerfing your equipment.....
When you die someone "lag killed" you.....
You never lag kill anyone.....
Everything in the game is exactly the way you think it is, because you can never be wrong, and you are the most uber gamer that ever lived.....

I'm slightly confused now, beacause I was under the impression that the Republic Commando's eventually became Stormtroopers later on in the Star Wars timeline. If this is correct, wouldn't that mean that they and their weaponry would appear before the timeline we are currently in?
Apart from that Commando really does need a carbine/assault rifle, and some alternative armor to Composite....I might even wear my marine armor just for the sake of it, not that it is any good ;-)

I think that those commandos are speciall and would most likely be compared to Dark troopers or storm commandos rather than regular stormies.
