Well after seeing spd flamers go in PVE vs my old slow ass flamer (have a 3.2 spd flamer now :robotvery-happy I would go withspd over dmg as in fights overall dmg is more importtant than the big hits, and if you can flame a guy on his back most of the time they are dead regardless of how much dmg you can do. The idea of switching don't think it would be worth it as you have to wait anyway and you want to minimise waiting time especially in PVP. The number of times I have missed using my flame special I would rather have a small waiting period.
