Well, last report I had was that on live our DoT got cranked up, but due to some 11.5 lag/but issues I'm having (been reported...likely to be a graphic card issue) I haven't been able to verify whether it's still there or removed...any DoT turn up is probably a bug since last I heard, they don't plan on turning it up until the CU (and from what I heard about this bug, it wasn't just turned up, but turned WAY up if "stacked")...this issue may have already been "Fixed"...
As for a more recent report...Someone reported over the weekend that their Cone Specials have stopped working properly on TC...can anyone verify this? I will try tonight if my Major Lag issues have subsided...

Sorry...in this case I actually didn't mean to sound like I was dropping any type of CU hint...
Basically, because of the way Damage is being changed and how the HAM system works, players will be able to "take more damage"...With HAM costs for specials and weapons now coming out of Action pools and not the actual HAM bars, people will be able to take MORE damage then before (as well as from other changes)...review TH's past HAM revamp post for some of what I mean (although it did leave a lot out)...Because of players being able to take more damage, I did get a programmer (at the summit) to agree there is a good possibility that on the Sandbox we might be able to get our DoT damage turned back up (was turned down because it was killing to fast, but if players can take more damage, then that's a mute point now isn't it)...It's something I plan on pushing for big time on the Sandbox.

Anyway...
Hmm last weekend when I was killing Rebel NPCs I didn't notice anything. Of course I don't just let the Flame Dot go on all day. From what I could tell they weren't dying any faster either. However when I was fully buffed with the comp and everything in about 30 seconds I watched as my healthy went down half way. Either NPCs are going nuts with the specials or I just got unlucky. I actually had to run behind smething cause I thought I was going to be gunned down.
Of course that's me and I've been in space so long I've probably lost my ground legs.
