Actually Sxl, you know it's more fun without a macro... it feels like your doing something tactical in game for once

I mean ok you COULD make the macro and then just sit back for the burns to stick... BUT where is the fun in that... so macros are no good if your on the floor from being KD on the floor (think krayts and GDK's here) it's alot more fun (and yes hard work) to actually swtich between your flamers.

Also remember that you need at least 2 fast flamers for this to work.. with slow but high dmg flamers only... your first set of burns will finish B4 the last set are applied... i use the tactic.. 4 burns high dmg 4 burns fast 4 burns fast 4 burns high dmg (using 4 flamers)

But glad i can help out any commandos.

I'll explain why for along time we commandos were laughed at.. yeap openly.. we got nerfed for pvp.. then for pve (our DOT was much much better) so everyone laughed at us... and it was normal really... most commando's after the neft just uped and left.

Others just didn't know how to use your proff well.

Me on the other hand (just like some of the other commandos from those times) dicided that we won't just give it up.

So we had to find some new way to use our commando. You see even now most players don't learn every tactic for there proff.. they get the proff... find the best/only tactic used by the masses and stick to that. Commandos at that time were guilty of the same mistake. But because of our nerfs... we have been FORCED to find other ways of fighting... i.e we now know we are not a one on one fighter in pvp.. but put us in a squad.. and we can excel. Put us in a squad vs Jedi (with poeple to project us remeber) and we do even better... and in pve our large stacking (mutli weapon stacking) DOT's are usful... but these are not the only things to be found in our great proff

I'm sure other players of other proffs have found some intresting tactics and such.. but i think the commando community have been forced to do so more than any other

And so... any commando who actally does well in pvp and great in pve.. is a commando that has been forced to learn there proff to the very end of the line... as in they area real MASTER of that proff.

BTW no commando is a commando until they can kill a bocatt on tat without a VK, unarmed at novice commando and brawler 4xxx only no armor. no buffs (only food aloud) this is the test i once took (back in the day)
