My two are named "Flame of the Empire" and "Light of the Empire." But if I ever have another made, I'd name it "san dralshye'raii" from StarNick's mandalorian post (translation: "they will burn"). The phrase is also in my sig as you can see, lol. I'm not sure how to pronounce it, but I like the meaning.
