bothans most definately make the best commandos.. in fact, bothans make the best EVERYTHING...

zabbies are probaly the best non docs, non rifleman. that is why my human is a commando(also master rifleman, but rarely uses), and the zabby is a rifleman....

i have to say that zab's are the best. Equilibrium has saved me more times than i can remember

I'd go with zabs too, not that I am one on my main, just that they seem to be the best race overall.

i'm a mon calamarian and going master commando/master teras kasi because of the species mind bonuses (+300mind) i migrate all my stats to mind and whats left to other pools but with buffs only mind lacks but as i say with mon cals you get quite a bit more plus a small fat mon cal with a FT is a sight to say the least

I disagree with that...I choose Zabrak because of their special ability (equalibrium)...it's a great ability for combat classes (averages out your ham bars)...There may not be a "direct" Commando related benefit to any species, but there are definitely better species classes for Combat vs. Non-Combat characters...


Personally I hope the Devs work in my idea of a hairless dancing wookie animation post getting hit by a FT special via the CU...not sure it's going to happen though...

Zabrak's quite popular due to the equilibrium bonus they get.

Another one that could work is Trandoshan. They get unarmed bonuses, so if you get TK alongside your Commando (which alot of us have done) it's a nice side benefit.

I would have used Zabrak or Trandoshan, but it doesn't tie into the Stormtrooper image I've been trying to achieve since day 1. So, Humies it is for me.

The poster got one starred from some people (not me) because he has a 1 star stalker. He got these stalkers because he stole several armour pieces from people and tried to sell him, then made up some BS about it trying to get off.

ohh... he wasn't one stared for content... just some...person... with a personal vendetta. how... mature.

I remember when that happemed to me once. I sugjested on the gorath forum that we get three or four BHs togeather with some TKAs and Docs and Rifleman and whatnot and go hunt dark jedi.
well about 45 minutes after I posted that my posts started getting one-stared. I acctualy sat there refreshing my "veiw all posts by this user" window watching one stars pop up on all my posts.
rilly pissed me off. I had about 420 posts then and the... mature...person... one stared ALL of them

Okey so this is compleatly irelivent... just pissed me off and I thought I might as well reminiss about it... I guess I should go to bed now,
