EQ2 pwns in PvE... but my Star Wars Fan, couldn't let go of SWG though... it just... I'm not addicted to SWG, but I am addicted to EQ2. If there's one thing I don't like about the CU testing... it's bwing a lowely noob who has to grind solo... soloing sucks... I can't stand soloing... though... I wish SWG hasd some Voice Overs like EQ2 but that's never going to happen...
I agree groups are allot more fun. But im afraid that for a while at least we're going to hear allot of moaning from SWG players about it (because allot of people who play now dont like group play) and starting up groups (for those that are not in guilds or have allot of friends in game) will be hard to do. Once we start to get more people who like the group playstyle back in the game it will get better.
Glad to see though that playing both is possible cause I'm definitely hooked on WoW. What server do you play on? I'm on Eldre'Thalas as alliance named Karr (stinkin someone already had gamble

ah very cool. I'm sure you don't remember me but I've posted from time to time on these boards and it's nice to see familiar names that I remember from when I was a commando. It'll be nice to be back.

I play on Uldum (where I've actually run into other SWG folks...including one Commando)...
I find that I get many ideas from both games that I'd love to see cross over (I love the questing sysem of WoW as well as the quest rewards and Instances)...But I also love the flexibility of class merging in SWG as well as housing)...
One thing I've learned from WoW is that SWG needs to make more content geared towards the grinder...As a player comes up, they should havevarious things they can do to gain xp beyond just running the same style missions, macro craftingor going on a killing sprees. Most grinders, if they are like me, pick a planet and just grind away until they get to those next levels...I'd love to see series of quests along the way that involve the player in the SWG storyline as they progress from Novice to Master...it would give the grind some type of "background story"...With this new "character level" system, is level related content that far behind?
