If just you and i are stadnignon a street corner and I hit you with a stick you should get hurt.
Now if the two of us are standing on a corner with a bunch of other people and I hit justyou withthe same stick using the same force as before Why aren't you not going to be hurt the same amount as before?
A hit is a hit is a hit.......
If I'm trying to spread my attack aound - like hitting many people with the same swing of the strick using the same force as before,maybe it is possible that the hurt I put on you will be less but then again maybe not.
If a Super Nova trooper hitswith a 5000 tick stickshouldn't everyone in the group get hit with a 5k tick?
As apposed to a grouip of 5 getting nailed with 1k damage.
The damage modifiers need to go away.
