do you harvest Krayt bone or hidefor weapons? or does it matter?

You want Krayt tissues, preferably exceptional or legendary for a high end flamethrower.
I will clarify a little bit since you have probably never got any tissues before. It is neither hide, bone, or meat. It is "lootable" from the corpse. There are actually 4 things that are lootable from a krayt: Composite Segments, Scales, tissues, and of course pearls.

I got 2 composite segments from a hunt, but i thought i harvested hide to get them... Oh well, thanks for the info

Don't forget exceptional and legendary weapons and skill tapes. These drop as well, but very rarely.

when i finish my build i should beable to solo a pack of 3 krayts ';..;' if it works like its suppose to

very nice , now really dumb question but how many tissues do you need to make a Krayt flamer , as i got two nice one's and have picked up commando again as i miss burning stuff

Correct, 5 tissues to make a flamer. 1 to make a schematic for a component, and 4 for the 4 identical components the flamer needs.
This means you'd only need 9 to make two flamers.

sorry but just a fast question....How many tissues do you need to make a krayt flamer?

5 identical tissues (1 for the schem, 4 for the flamethrower)
If you find 9 tissues, you can make 2 flamethrowers.
