Thread: There and Back Again
I remember your first forays into the rp forums TH - always level headed you were.
Good for you.

Hey, that's a terrific story, Thunderheart - way to go!
Very happy for you, man.
Wow, I've been away from the boards alot since the late stages of beta. I didn't realize that you had been awarded this position TH! All I can say is congrats! You definitely deserve it. I don't know if you remmeber me but I posted as Lucius_Scipio for about 18 months b4 the game was released. I'm glad that the devs hired a guy who is very passionate about the game and has terrific analytical skills. I hope to see you ingame one of these days.

Congrats again TH! ![]()
I can't tell you how happy I was to hear of this when it happened. It has been a long road, and I can't think of anyone more dedicated they could have chosen for this position. You are an honest, up front, down to earth and focused guy .. which makes for a great employee and the perfect person for the community to be dealing with day in and day out.
Kudos to the team for being able to see the value you bring to this project and kudos to you for making it happen!

cool story... it sounds like you worked very hard... congrats.
and welcome to Texas.
I'ld have to say i'm a little jelous... i've always wanted to be a part of something like this too... but, alas... i'm glad someone who has the same dream has some of the reality too.

...good lord if all of us could learn this lesson, we'd have a lot more fun!
Grats on the gig man.
I can't think of anyone who is more qualified for the position.

You're doing a great job, whenever people bring up an issue you do seem to get it addressed quickly.
Congrats! Now go steal me a coffee mug or something cool.

Undoubtedly, this is sometimes true. I have actually had the pleasure of seeing it happen!
Unfortunately, from my perspective, it’s becoming very rare. Just as an example, we have hundreds of people sitting in a 30 page long thread on hex code color issues waiting for an update from someone (anyone!) concerning where this issue stands and we have received nothing but silence. Granted, Th acknowledged the issues weeks ago with a post that was thin on content and even thinner on reason, but no update since then despite many pleads.
I wish “good vibes” were contagious.
