this is not for all prof. but more on jedi.
I dueled a jedi the other day for the fun of it. now the jedi I dueled was a low lever jedi but he blocked my flamethrower. how does a lightsaber block a stream of flames? Im sorry if I swing a light saber at flames it will not make the flames miss me. just my little rant.

it's the power of the force...that takes the flame and redirects it.... they do the same thing when I hit them with my LLC...

So jedi block flamethrowers now too? Great, I was thinking on picking up commando as I thought it was still considered a melee attack.

In SWG a Jedi may "Block" the damage of the flame, but if you "hit" them, they will catch fire, (providing they dont have +X fire resistance in their gloves. Even just 1, I also doubt you really tried to light your friend on Fire, I kill 90% of the people my FT touches....

not anymore, last I checked this got nerfed. I was out leveling, and if they blocked, counterattacked or dodged, no flame DOT.
Back in the day, didn't matter what they did so long as I iddidn't miss, a DOT appeared, not anymore, not for me.

Yeah about that. I am guessing they arent wearing armor considering most composite have at least a 70% to heat.
You guys forgot to mention something. The jedi were upset that their "Heal All" special could not put out flames... you can imagine how fast the DEVs fixed that major exploit in the Jedi's defences. I mean we cant have them vulnerable now can we?
